To receive your warranty:
Should your tree or shrub not survive, please bring back your dead plant and the original receipt within one year of your purchase. We will give you 50% of the amount originally paid in store credit. Delivery charges will not be credited and no cash refunds will be given. This warranty covers a one-time replacement. Should your replacement plant die, no further credit will be given.
At Daniel's Farm and Greenhouses we understand that giving plants proper care can be challenging. We try our best to inform our customers of proper plant care. Since we are not always able to individually counsel each customer, we have handouts available at our location and information available on our website to help you with your plant care.
If a plant dies due to insect, weather, improper care, or damage we share in your disappointment, but we will not share in your loss.
There is no guarantee or warranty on annuals, perennials, bulbs, seeds, sod, groundcover, roses, tropicals, plants used indoors, or plants in above-ground containers.
